Job Description

  • Review, analyze and recommend C&B policies and practices to ensure they continue to support the organizations needs and best practice
  • Act as an internal C&B consultant providing advice to the HR business partners and business leaders
  • Ensure effective management of the global compensation structure including salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs
  • Provide consultative advice to the analysis and development of global policy
  • Roll out projects, and administering systems and processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree in Human Resources management
  • 8 years' of solid exposure in compensation and benefits function, preferably in financial services industry
  • Proven expertise in job banding and devising Company salary structure
  • High degree of knowledge of varying labour laws in Hong Kong and APAC region
  • Self-motivated, proactive, dynamic individual with business and commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and a good team player
  • A strategic thinker with good planning skill and fluency in English & Mandarin
