You will be involved in developing marketing strategy for the line of Asia brands.
This will empower you to define the brand role in terms of its image, pricing, distribution and segmentation.
You will be crafting marketing plan that is tailored closely to the brands.
This will involve the organisation of campaign launch and require you to follow through plan in order to comply with the budget guidelines.
Your responsibility expand to managing P&L as well as providing support for the sales activities such as identifying growth area as well as getting involve in the training and engagement of the sales force. Along the way, you will be involve in developing consumer understanding through various insight survey. Lastly, you will be engage in brand review and the gathering of competitive intelligence such as analysing trends and customer expectations by working closely with various stakeholders.
You should possess a Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
You must have minimum of 5- 8 years experience in the sales and marketing function.
Experience in the luxury, premium or lifestyle retail product categories is highly preferred.
You must be a pro-active with excellent analytical, organization and entrepreneurial skills.
