Job Description

  • Lead territory organization including generating distributorís sales, scientific material towards the successful completion of goals.
  • Create distributor sales, product launch and follow up.
  • Responsible for developing strategies for team to make products penetrate market. Ensure strategies guarantee biggest possible market growth.
  • Provide direction and support to optimize staff performance.
  • Manage teamís development throughout the path to achieve goals.
  • Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws, divisionís policies or procedures on quality system / requirements.
  • Special projects as directed by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: University Degree in Medical Doctor, Pharmacist
  • Experience: At least 3 years in Management position at Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical companies
  • Knowledge/ Skills: English
  • Others: Continuous Improvement behavior
