Job Description

Our client is a well developed Jewelry Company in Singapore.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the AP or Europe or US team and overwrite all customer accounts.

  • Handle the yearly sales target, sales forecast, and the payment collection system of Europe team

  • Consistently identify and develop new business opportunities, prepare strategic business and development for accelerated growth.

  • Work closely with the marketing and finance department, to make sure every company exhibitions and sales activities are under the budget control and achieve the largest sales benefit.

  • Establish the sales and event calendar of the Europe team, including all exhibitions, sales trips and private events.

  • Work closely with the brand marketing and regional teams. Providing an annual business plan to reflect brand positioning, maximize turnover by ensuring accurate, allocating and subsequent replenishment, managing the operation team for the stock arrangements for peak trading periods and mitigating terminal stock, to make sure the business flow is smooth with the largest profit

Job Requirements

Technical competencies:

  • Experience in the fine jewelry industry

  • Minimum academic achievement of a Bachelor degree

  • Product development skills to enhance current business offers

  • Belief in customer service standards and fulfillment of business commitments

  • Strong written and spoken language skills to elevate customer relationships

  • Substantiation of market trends and competitor analysis to achieve revenue targets

  • Exposure to successful brand methodology


Leadership competencies:

  • Ability to guide Product teams for quality control and delivery commitments

  • Ability to guide Service teams for maintaining high customer service standards

  • Multi-tasking capacity in a fast-paced environment


Social competencies:

  • Develop and maintain your own clientele

  • Strong team-oriented attributes with good inter-personal skills

  • Willingness for frequent traveling to enhance business relationships

  • Highly responsible attitude to complete tasks at hand

  • Desire to be brand ambassadors in accordance to the Company positioning

  • Clear articulation of brand offer benefits and advantages
