Job Description

  • Responsible for handling overall recruitment function.
  • Execute recruitment strategic, promotion or activities for recruitment such as career exhibition, campus tour and job fairs.
  • Searching and dealing with new and existing media for recruitment's advertising include creation and designing recruitment's media such as poster, brochure, newspaper ads and company webpage etc.
  • Developing recruitment process, assessment and analyzing recruitment's data for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any field.
  • At least 5-7 years working experience in all task of recruitment functions both Corporate and Recruitment Agency.
  • Good understanding about competency development and have background for CBI techniques would be advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and pro-active.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and hands-on.
  • Good service minded and communication skills.
  • Able to work as a team player and under pressure.
