Acting as the functional expert and consultant to the site HR partners and staff in Thailand on all resourcing activities which impact the ability to attract and retain high caliber employees.
Being responsible for hiring managerial level, key resources and skill level staff which sites have difficulty in filling locally.
Planning and building a recruitment strategy to support business growth.
Coordinating and providing monthly resourcing reports.
Bachelorís degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field.
5-7 yearsí experience in recruitment in a large matrixed organisation, familiar with HDD Technology and the electronics industry would be a plus.
Ability to plan and organise major recruitment campaigns and programmes such as recruitment events and mass production hiring, etc.
Ability to consult business leaders and managers on recruitment needs and develop appropriate recruitment profiles/specifications.
Effective information management skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
