Job Description

Role and Key Objectives
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for talent acquisition and the recruitment process. The Recruitment Manager is actively involved in day-to-day tasks to bring on board the best candidates in the region to meet Beepoís needs and drive client satisfaction.  The Recruitment Manager builds a healthy relationships with Executive team, Client Experience Team, Finance, Human Resources,  and external recruitment vendors.
 
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the development of the recruitment team, will develop successors and increase the value added by team members.  This role provides the right candidate the opportunity to join a fast-paced, progressive company.  This is a newly created leadership position with the ability to build a team of highly driven recruitment professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the effort to improve and refine all recruitment systems, policies and strategies to include recruitment and selection process, setting up referral networks and developing strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Conduct job interviews
  • Leads a growing team of recruiters and develops them, designs training for recruiters and line managers
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Continually building a strong pipeline of highly talented and passionate qualified candidates in professional positions  
  • Helps to choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization in consultation with the Marketing Department and Social Media Marketing Officer
  • Lives the Beepo values and leads others to do the same
  • Strives to understand Australian client needs

Job Requirements

  • Must have a relevant Bachelorís degree
  • 5 years experience in Recruitment roles
  • 3 years managerial and leadership experience
  • Experience working as a recruiter for Multinational,  BPO company, or Australian company is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Job Interviewing Skills
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Extensive organization, time management and follow up skills
  • Knowledgable in different Google applications and MS Office
  • Social Media Knowledge
  • Training Skills
  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability
  • Must complete and pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
