Prefer from Bachelor Degree in Industrial Psychology, Management or Human Resources form reputable University.
Experienced minimal 5 years as Recruitment Manager, especially in Retail Industry.
Have a good understanding in Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM).
Comprehend with the latest trends in HR, especially in Recruitment and Selection Methods.
Shown “Can do Attitude”, result oriented, and composure under pressures.
Have good interpersonal and communication skill, related with 3rd party, institutions and Recruitment/ Head Hunter Agencies.
Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment.
Proficiency in English – both in verbal and written.
Willing to travel all around Indonesia.
