Job Description

  • Gather information of job requirement from sections and functions
  • Responsible for searching, screening, interviewing and shortlisting qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria within targeted time
  • Able to utilize various sources and tools to help attract right candidates e.g. advertising, walk-in interview, job fair, referrals from social networking sites etc.
  • Check background and reference to ensure that they have the necessary skills for a specific job
  • Provide recommendation on selected candidate to line manager for evaluation and interviews
  • Arrange interview with line managers and acting as communication agent till the recruiting process is completed
  • Negotiate a job offering with candidates for an acceptable agreement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Political Science Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Law or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR recruitment experience
  • Work well under pressure, managing multiple priorities a must
  • Familiar with a computer literacy in MS Office
