Job Description

Recruitment:
  • Designs, develops and implement the recruitment process in the organizations effectively.
  • Prepare recruitment plan according to organization chart and headcount phasing out quarterly and yearly
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and a wide range of recruitment source with very efficient recruitment costs.
  • Implement best solutions to acquire top talents for the company, including but not limit to job posting, screening CVs, short listing, first interviewing, testing, reference check, etc)
  • Consult with Human Resources Manager in dealing salary with successful candidates to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare and update recruitment related procedures, policies, and SOPs.
  • Ensure HR announcement letter sent out timely whenever any changes in company structures (newcomers/ resignations/ promotion/ transferal).
  • Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure all the Job Descriptions are updated timely and recorded fully in HR Dept.
  • Collect all personnel documents for newcomers as required by internal HR forms.
  • Builds a quality relationship with candidates, academics and external recruitment agencies; join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events (job fairs, seminars, etc)

Training and Development:
  • Designs, develops and execute suitable training programs that enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods within training budget (e.g. on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
  • Conduct effective induction programs for all newcomers timely.
  • Record all training documents (such as copy of certificate, Individual Training records, training agreement, etc) timely and fully.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness periodically and report on them.
  • Prepare and update training related procedures, policies, and SOPs.

Performance Management:
  • Manage the performance management of all departments to meet deadline.
  • Check the KPIs setting to ensure KPI support to business objective.
  • Reinforce performance methodology to all staff when necessary.
  • Summary and report the result of performance assessment.

Reporting:
  • Update regularly to HR Manager on Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, and make reports on them.

Project:
  • Participate in HR Projects và E-Learning project on monthly.
  • Ad-hoc tasks:
  • Other tasks as required by the superior.

Job Requirements

Qualification
  • University Graduated, Economic University or Law University is preferred

Experience
  • At least 2 years at the position of Recruitment & Training Manager

Skill:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Vietnamese/English
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Strong search & selection skill
  • Strong training skill
