Vintage Engineering Public Company Limited (VTE), a Thai listed company with integrated businesses in Power & Utilities Development. VTE was registered as a company on 29th of May 1992 with the purpose of being a contractor to setup electrical and communication systems for buildings. In 2006, the company expanded its business to include setting up mechanical and air-conditioning systems and in 2007 started offering engineering maintenance service for buildings. On August 8, 2008, the company was listed in the Stock Exchanged of Thailand (SET) and continue to serve the real estate development market. At present, the company’s main operation involves setting up full-scale engineering systems. We regard ourselves as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Contractor for various types of buildings such as office building, commercial building, residential building, hotel, hospital, shopping mall, and factory. The company aims to deliver high quality results, trustworthy and fair to customers through dedicated work with the motto “We build it right the first time.” With continuous growth in mind, in 2015, VTE invested in a solar power project for a 12% interest with Green Earth Power (GEP), the owner of 220MW Solar Power PPA in Myanmar. The project is considered one of the biggest single solar plant in the world. After the acquisition, the Company has been expanding its business in Power & Utilities and has set up a new Power & Utilities Business Development Unit. The company currently has projects in Japan, Myanmar, and the Philippines. Our long-term goal is to become Asia’s leading power and utilities developer. We develop projects both green field and through merger and acquisition. The Power & Utilities Business Development Unit is an energetic with highly capable, and good track record personnel.
