Air France-KLM is the leading Group in terms of international traffic on departure from Europe. In 2018, it offers its customers access to a network covering 314 destinations in 116 countries from its hubs at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schipol. Air France-KLM is a member of the SkyTeam alliance which has 20 member airlines, offering customers access to a global network of over 16,609 daily flights to more than 1,074 destinations in 177 countries. Air France operates a non-stop service between Ho Chi Minh City and its hub Paris - Charles de Gaulle three times a week, and has a daily codeshare between Hanoi and Paris-Charles de Gaulle with code-share partner Vietnam Airlines, the national carrier of Vietnam. Air France, (then Air Orient) was the first western airlines to serve Vietnam from 9th March, 1930 and has always been present in Vietnam until now. In late 2017, and after 25 years of cooperation in various fields, Air France signed a joint-venture agreement with Vietnam Airlines.
