Be the prime voice of Sierra Wireless toward our Customers, with respect to Quality and Operations topics. Lead issue resolution with Customer and SWI departments.
Be the voice of the customer within company.
Present and promote our quality system, processes and performances to give to our customer the appropriate level of confidence in organization and practices.
Provide support to Contract and Agreements Process for quality sections of our sales agreements or contracts.
Working with the Supplier Quality Team, manage the APQP & PPAP files and submit them to customers (automotive market), when required.
Secure that customer audit preparation and realization is completed, as required.
Participate in Customerís audit and coordinate action plan, as a result of the audit.
Monitor company Quality performance on the customer portfolio, providing feedback and addressing issues.
Participate with Product Life Cycle Core Team on product / customer development and life cycle. Work with and support regional Sales, Marketing and Field Application Engineers with respect to supporting the customer.
Participate in the change committee related to product/process evolutions (ECO).
Insure communication of the above evolutions to customers via PCN / PCR process.
Interface for after sales support (RMA-FA, CARs, 8D, financial claims)
Communicate, on time, the analysis result & action plan to the customer following a quality claim.
Monthly update the PPM metrics. APQP & PPAP (or other documents) approved by Customer.
Deploy ATEX requirements to Contract Manufacturer for compliance of ATEX standards
Monitor Contract Manufacturer quality performance through audit, regular quality reporting and meeting.
Issue the weekly report.
Manage a quality improvement plan by Key customer.
Engineer or BaSc.,+5, specialization in Quality.
5 to 10 years experienced in an Industrial/electronics context.
Very good in human relationship and positive & constructive behavior
English is a requirement. Mandarin would be beneficial and preferred as a 3rd language.
