Our client is a global supplier of label materials. This position is responsible for product quality development and claim handling process for third country factory.
Understand the problems customers and end users are experiencing with product quality, and work with the production team (or other relevant teams) to carry out corrective / preventive actions
Ensure positive customer experience through high level of service to internal and external customers
Follow up on product performance and report back to R&D and Product Management on possible deficiencies
Able to support six sigma product quality development projects
Compile factory level monthly claim performance and related information for management reporting
Responsible for handling / overseeing supplier claims together with purchasing, R&D or product management
Responsible for leadership, coaching and development of staff and their roles working in QA and TCS
Performs all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
Graduate in any science, engineering, preferred in chemical educational background
3-5 year of experience in field of Quality department in similar role, preferred candidate who has experience on quality management system such as ISO 9000 coordinator Ideal candidate should be the printing, packaging, labeling and other related, but not necessary.
