An excellent QA Manager role in Binh Duong has just arisen at one of the world leading garment companies.
This is a great opportunity for the QA Manager to re-develop group systems and processes.
- To escalate deviations in raw material quality to the relevant internal departments and where appropriate to external Head Office support functions
- To ensure that the Roving Quality Control System, end control inspections (or batch control where appropriate) and AQL finished goods inspections are carried out correctly and thoroughly and implement the Product Safety and Label Policies
- Using daily quality meetings, to ensure that by reviewing the quality data, action is taken to correct quality problems and that the resources of the quality team are used in the areas of most need, pursuing a policy of “right first time”
- To make use of Root Cause Analysis when managing investigations into internal or customer/consumer quality complaints and secure corrective actions, and so preventing reoccurrence
