To plan, implement and supervise QA function for all liquid products’ process including sampling, rejection and evaluation of raw materials and ensure that production processes are in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Production Instruction (SPI)
Create and supervise a complete quality plan to ensure that Liquid product i.e. EOC, BBN, VETA products and materials are routinely and consistently met acceptable standards and specifications; and are inspected on a regular basis by collaborating with suppliers, Co-packers, Production, Supply chain, Procurement and R&D Department.
Establish an appropriated and defined deviation reporting and management system; and provide statistically representative data to assure that the chemical, micro biological and sensory requirements for our products are fully met.
Follow a formally derived statistical sampling plan with the highest priority on product safety and sterility.
Audit and evaluate CTL’s QC procedures and recommend improvements by discussion with R&D Department including yearly planning for QA activities
Approve to release product in full compliance with the standards set with particular attention to product safety and product taste.
Examine and approve for any rejected or reworked products.
Meet co-packers, suppliers, Production, R&D and quality representatives to make certain company’s programs, stay up-to-date and in step with current market standards.
Manage final evaluations and all inquiries regarding inferior products or consumer complaints about product.
Review the BOM update or new entry annually or once change is required.
Co-ordinate with Outsources, consultants and outside organizations to establish and maintain GMP standard certificate, HACCP certificate and other related certificates.
Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
Bachelor Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Biotechnology/Product development/Food engineering or higher degree in related field
Master Degree in Business Administration is advantage
At least 6 years experience in food industry for a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Science and 5 years for MBA
Good command of English and computer skills
Able to work at Pinthong Industrial Estate
