Job Description

  • Lead quality maintenance pillar comply to WCM methodologies (TPM - Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Drive quality improvements to eradicate the root cause of the problem and prevent the issue from reoccurring by using single event defect analysis.
  • Build zero defect system to identify quality conditions to maintain and secure the require quality in the product and develop SPC – statistic process control.
  • Own KPI’s of total waste, defect waste, claim and complaint, reporting business review monthly to global management team.
  • Managing incoming raw material process/ in process control and final product quality control at laboratory compliance with quality management system ISO 9000, ISO14000, and food safety system BRC/IoP and US FDA.
  • Lead base material validation process to define goals, milestones, time, deliverables for the project/ approve quality test and participating new supplier audit with global supplier management team.
  • Lead domestic and oversea customer claim and complaints through SAP/R3, corrective action support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Solving the customer issues and restore the product to specification, aim to zero defect loss and no reoccurrence issue.
  • Supervision QA department team, developing employees competence and manage performance review for the department and its resources.
  • Establish annual department budget and targets based on 3 years operational plans, and control expenses and investments toward targets.
  • Making sure product to market within customer specification.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong experience of leading quality improvement / programs (eg. Six Sigma, WCM).
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in quality assurance department in managerial position.
  • Solid knowledge of TPM (WCM) methodology and are experienced in usage of quality tools & methods used within WCM, Six sigma, Lean or similar production improvement.
  • Methodologies with proven experience leading continuous improvement teams and programs.
  • Strong analytical skill & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, computer literacy. SAP/R3 is advantage.
