Lead & direct the LRBP & AOP public relations strategy & execution to support to our business objectives :
Lead the development & execution of public affairs & corporate affairs strategy and execution plans to contribute to business planning at the country level
Accountable for budget planning & monitoring effectively
Directs and controls the public relation activities in order to enhance the organization's image and reputation with the government,, the media, the employees and the general public :
Plan and implement public relations programs, activities, campaigns, events, and develop communication channels that protect and enhance the company’s reputation and credibility externally and internally, and that are cost-effective, and appropriate for their intended audience.
Review and approve draft speeches, articles, press releases, public statements, and other communications to ensure that they are accurate and consistent with the company overall public relations strategy.
Respond to more complex or escalated enquiries from the public, media, or other interested parties or crisis to ensure that all communications are accurate and appropriate.
Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement public relations programs or activities that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with our overall public relations strategy.
Protects, maintains, and enhances the organization’s reputation amongst key government stakeholders and influencers by providing a regular interface and partnering with various government agencies to provide business updates, exchange information promote industry legitimacy and raise public awareness about the industry
Establish and maintain positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other local authorities (for example local SoIT, SoH, Market watch, local police etc.) to facilitate communication and help advance our business interests.
Represent the organization’s position on legislation and government policy to government representatives, committees, and other regulatory agencies so that the company's interests are advanced.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret developments in government policy and advise senior management on how these trends may impact our business interests as well as ensure all business activities are aligned with local laws & regulations
Manage the organization’s most high level, complex, controversial, or critical government relationships.
Partner with government agencies or organizations and MLM committee to enhance company’s credibility and reputation
