Job Description

Our client is one of the leading international companies specialised in commercial and retails property. The Property Manager will be in charge of ensuring the good maintenance of all equipment in accordance to statutory requirements, implement energy saving and environmental initiatives and will motivate subordinates and contractors. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all equipment are properly maintained and operated to the highest standards and comply with all statutory requirements;
  • Assist in implementing the overall policies, standards and procedures for building operations;
  • Control and monitor cost and expenditure for repair and maintenance whilst ensuring 100% reliability of the M&E system;
  • Identify needs and suggestions in preparing budgets and expenditure projections and major system improvements;
  • Carry out the duties and responsibilities as the Fire Safety Manager of the building;
  • Co-ordinate with all Maintenance Contractors for major repair and maintenance of all equipment in order to minimise inconvenience caused to building occupants and tenants;
  • Monitor tenant fit-out works and reinstatement works and ensure the work complies with both the Landlordís and statutory requirements;
  • Attend and report emergency breakdowns and incidents both during and after normal office hours to minimise damage and inconvenience to building occupants as a result of such incident;
  • Identify and implement energy saving and environmental initiatives in line with Companyís policies;
  • Motivate and maintain high morale amongst subordinates and contractors in order to keep a high-level of productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, finance, real estate or similar field will be appreciated;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related industry;
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Must have good interpersonal and negotiating skills;
  • Proficiency in using Computer.
