Job Description

1. Sales
  • Develop new customers and sales channels
  • CRM for key business partners. 
  •  Project information acquisition
  • Spec-in quotation and contract making for each project.
  • Delivery - Credit control and collection
2. Marketing
  • Analysis of market trend and competitors movement ,Strategy making
  • Branding activities such as advertisement , participation in exhibition/PR activities
  • Planning sales promotion tools and activities.
  • Costing and P/L control 
  • Product and technical training for designers and contractors
3. Business Plan/Midterm: Plan making and reporting

Job Requirements

  • University graduation
  • At least 5 years of experience in same industry or real estate
  • Familiar with industry information, project business flow and having good relationship with customers
  • Good communication skill
  • Advanced English. 
  • Good skills in using computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Auto CAD) and understanding measurement equipments in refrigeration major.
  • Characteristics: Diligent, Honesty, Cheerful, Loyalty, Patient.
  • Willing to travel for business purpose
  • Ability to work in the team  and independently
