Managing (plan, monitor, and control) multiple projects across the IT Engineering group; with a focus on milestones/deadlines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relationships.
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinating projects and communicating with customers and sales team/technical team to ensure smooth project operation.
Assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Preparing requests for proposals and documentation including user guide and UAT.
Strong status reporting and management of expectations. Conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
Any other duties assigned by the Management Team as deemed fit.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Computer discipline or related fields.
At least 2-year work experience in area of IT, project coordinator, pre-sales, or sales engineer or related job functions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good problem solving skills and work well under pressure
Good team player, Service minded, self-motivated and high responsibility
Communicate in both Thai and English
