Lead, oversee and manage Project & QS teams to undertake site and project management, contract administration, procurement and project cost management to realise excellent on time & quality project delivery, including to achieve targeted project profitability.
To implement and realise Project Management System ( PMS ) objectives, carry out weekly or regular audits of PMS to ensure Project team undertaking of project management in line with PMS objectives.
Provide leadership, support and work with Business Development team to undertake project pitching and presentation to win projects, including support to Design team to undertake design development.
Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity.
Good presentation & communication skill.
Enjoy meeting people & with good people skill.
Pro-active and enthusiastic in excellent customer service.
Proven ability to take on leadership & management role.
