Project Planning & Delivery. Goal: To successfully define, build and deliver all assigned projects within the agreed timeframes and approved budget. Envision how to undertake the project in order to achieve the objectives. Agree on an integrated project plan with Customers & Partners which will deliver the projectís objectives. Create a detailed project plan and ensure full teams agreement prior to Toll Gate 2. Monitor progress against the project plan; make assessments and intervene where needed. Ensure delivery and acceptance of the complete project scope & plans. Monitor progress against the budget. Ensure final project deliverables are stored in SharePoint. Follow Toll Gate processes and ensure adherence to all Gates & Artifacts
Engage Sponsor and Co-design Scope. Goal: To successfully identify and engage with key sponsor for each assigned project, co-design scope with the sponsor and to collaborate with the sponsor to ensure that they are fully engaged throughout the project and are showing up as a well-informed partner. Determine and gain agreement on roles and responsibilities. Define project scope that will provide maximum benefit to the organization. Identify business benefits and how they will be measured. Establish processes to monitor and adjust scope in a controlled manner. Agree and implement changes to scope in a controlled manner. Ensure that project request & scope is aligned to overall corporate strategy
Maximize Team Performance. Goal: To successfully identify, secure and provide leadership to all resources that are critical to ensure a successful on time project delivery. Identify the types and number of resources required to achieve the project objectives. Identify the team and infrastructure required and where these resources can be obtained. Establish processes to maximize team performance and mobilize resources. Monitor, appraise, and amend responsibilities and resources as required
Risk & Issue Management. Goal: To proactively identify and manage both risks and issues on all assigned projects and both clearly and accurately report on these in weekly reports. Ensure that all risks and issues have been agreed to be closed prior to completion of the project. Identify the broad areas of risk for this type of project. Embody key risks in the PID; establish process to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. Reassess the risks and the established processes that identify and mitigate risks before they impact the project. Escalate risks through the appropriate functional management
Project Communication and Transparency. Goal: To ensure 100% accuracy of all project communications which includes ensuring that all assigned projects are maintained accurately in Clarity on a weekly basis and that there are not any exceptions on assigned projects. Ensure key project stakeholders have a transparent view of project health. Communicate widely within and across project teams around resource needs, key dependencies, and priority conflicts. Ensure alignment across key project stakeholders for key milestones, requirements, and change requests. Ensure that all project updates are maintained in Clarity on a weekly basis and are accurate
Strategy & Execution Collaboration. Goal: To actively promote and support the identity of S&E across the organization. Evolve processes through continuous improvement exercises. Support other members of the team both through direct engagement as well as through indirect support. Utilize the Best in US tools to recognize and support our team members.
At least 10 years IT experience.
