Coordinate localisation of Product / Packaging with RPC’s in line with Brand Standards
Globally and regionally driven NPI Programmes (including the EM projects) are managed professionally in accordance with NPI process and ultimately delivered within targets of cost, quality and time.
manage the creation and completion of the local business case (as required), focusing on: transfer price, write-offs, gross margin impact
Ensure adequate risk mitigation and management for the market
Ensure that Product Compliance Protocol is applied as appropriate
Ensure the translation of NPI SKUs to Finished Goods SKUs for roll-out markets
Initiate and manage operational engagement of end market project managers in identified markets
Set up and manage the supply side project team, identifying workstream leads covering required functions including IBG, RPC, GDIC etc.
Jointly develop and maintain the project plan including Gantt charts, risk logs etc.
Manage the delivery of assigned projects to agreed time, quality and cost, to enable achievement of end market cycle plans
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the mandated NPI process and in compliance with all relevant Group standards (marketing, product and operations)
Identify project funding requirements
Develop and share project highlight reports to update senior management on progress of the project and escalate issues for resolution where required
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop aligned plans & priorities, resolve NPI programme issues and secure support necessary to assure project delivery
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Global Brand delivery team, Regional and End-Market Brand Marketing, Global and Regional Functional Experts, second phase factories, Regional Operations functions and SAMs
5 years working experience in related business
Strong project management skill
Good organisational skills with inherent discipline in keeping documentation on projects up-to-date and in order
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects that vary in complexity and priority
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal in English and fluent in Mandarin.
Flexibility to adjust working style in an ever changing business environment
Appropriate use of the marketing governance model including the S&OP cycle and other regional / global forums to enable effective and timely decision making.
