To manage, monitor and control overall on site activities
Carry out all operations for Foundation/Ground works
Comply to all construction, health & safety regulations and contractual requirements
Ensure that projects are within budget and completed on time
Assist Project Director with all enquiries as necessary
Tender/Obtain quotations from Suppliers, Contractors, Subs and/or Consultants
Responsible as a team leader to deliver and manage staff to maximize their abilities to complete their targets
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
Have at least 7 years relevant experience
Experience in Consultant and Contractor preferred
Must have foundation/ground engineering experience
Excellent interpersonal & organization skill
Good Language skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)
