Lead and manage the whole project team till the successful completion of the project.
Ensure that assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realisation of benefits defined in the business case.
Achieve by appropriate adherence to the standard project management and ensuring best practice within the profession, involving the production of plans, documentation and guidance for project teams throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to.
Ensure effective implementation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Systems in the Company and at the work site.
Coordinating activities of project team members to achieve project objectives and focus equal attention on near and long-term activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction Industry and preferably in HDB projects.
Good knowledge and appreciation of project management as a whole.
Hands-on experience in project coordination and implementation work.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
