Managing our existing Construction Department consists of Project Managers, Site Managers, Team Leaders and Site Workers & Sub-contractors
Responsible to setup/ lead the project teams to develop Hotel/Resort Project (5 stars) from the Concept design to Construction close out.
Scheduling the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines: Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner.
Budgeting site finances
Tracking work quality to ensure the delivery of consistent quality of project: Supervise the projects and determine that the job is being done correctly and in accordance with the company standards
Ensuring safe work conditions: Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
Other relevant tasks required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management or building science
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in this position
Well-organized and good at multi-tasking due to the variety of tasks involved in the job
Good leadership skills
Excellent Decision Making & Problem Solving skills: Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Real estate development management.
Design development/ Construction management/ Project management.
Project legal process in VN & Relationship with local authorities.
Relationship with Consultant firms/ Suppliers/ Contractors/
Cost analyst and value engineering.
