Responsible for assigning people and work activities in the assigned production lines toproduce goods that meet quality and food safety standards at the right time.
Ensures the adequate manpower and skills for each production run;
Monitors the whole process of production from preparation to actual daily start up;
Ensures that the GMP & HACCP standards are complied with;
Executes an effective preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime;
Prepares accurate and timely production reports and tracks performance indicators to ensure productivity, avoid wastage and recommend improvements of noted deficiencies;
Trains, coaches and develops people for optimum performance.
B.S. Mechanical Engineering; preferably licensed.
2-3 years of experience in the same capacity with preferred exposure to food manufacturing or the equivalent.
Must be adept in basic machine troubleshooting.
Must possess good communication and analytical skills.
