Under direction of Production Director, this position directs and coordinates the activities of the Production Department in processing baked goods.
Apply standard responsibility, working process
Assure the production scheduling: plan production operations, establishing priorities and sequencing of manufactured products
Asses resource requirements for purchasing materials ingredients and long lead items
Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to ensure safety, quality and trustability
Inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. Organize the preventing maintenance routine of production equipment
Manage the Production Staff and Production Workers. Recruit, hire, discipline and terminate contracts. Assign work and set schedules and standards. Conduct performance evaluations.
Organize relevant training session
Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals
Having similar experience with at least 3-5 year-experience as Industrial production supervisor position in food processing, beverages, dairies, pharmaceutical or fine chemicals industries
Excellent organizational and preemptive abilities
Speaking Vietnamese and English fluently is mandatory, French-speaking is a big plus
Eager to grow with the company and evolve to a Director function
University degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
