To provide marketing and actuarial expertise pertaining to product development and business development projects, including generation of product ideas, product design, profitability analysis, participation in the product implementation, Process, and evaluation of business opportunities. Also to design business modeling, ensure compliance with legislative Standards, guidelines on profitability, suitability of market trends and customer needs.
Conduct ideas generation according to inputs from various distribution channels, partners, customer Needs, market trends and company strategy
Conduct strategy including creation of product package to encourage channel to achieve suitable, Product mix, as well as key profit monitoring and improving
Run market intelligent to benchmark and develop company products to be competitive with competitors
Conduct implementation with various departments, including the checking of IT system, workflow and Reinsurance, and monitor the conformance of actual versus expected results
Communicate with regional office on progression of product strategy
Bachelor or Master degree in Actuarial Science
At least 8 years of product marketing with substantial exposure in product/business development
Be familiar with insurance company operations in a multi-national company setting
Excellent communication and service mind
Have strong analytical skill and creativity skill
Good command of English
