Reporting to Brand Manager, you are responsible of planning and execution of marketing, advertising and promotions strategy and achieving sales target by aligning with brand guidelines.
Monitor a team of marketing staff and work closely with advertising agency on the strategy planning, media schedule according to the marketing calendar and planned budget. You will control the cost, budget over all marketing activities and review the performance regularly and adjust the campaign after.
Work with Sales Manager and regional office on the sales planning, product pricing, and in-store promotion strategy and gift productions. Regular reports on stock, sell-in, sell-thru and competitors will be produced and review the effectiveness of the marketing programs
Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines.
Be a strong communicator with a minimum of 8 years relevant working experience on skincare, cosmetic and/or perfumery product, preferably with 2 years supervisory experience.
Must be presentable, well-organized, and able to perform multi-task and meet deadline with exceptional knowledge in spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese including Mandarin is a MUST.
