To set up and propose the Annual Marketing Plan/ Budget/ Action Plan/ Promotional Activity Plan/ Advertising development for the assigned products, and submits the direct supervisor for approval.
To undertake qualitative/quantitative market research studies on business opportunity and issue to develop recommended action.
To constantly monitor the markets where our brands play in, to be up-to-date with the market trends and developments.
To coordinate with third parties (Advertising Agency, Media Agency, Designer Agency, etc) for the successful implementation of advertising efforts.
To coordinate with cross functional teams for all project assigned – Trade marketing, Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Regulatory, Finance.
To align with regional team for all communication materials – TVC, printed, etc.
To conduct the training of product knowledge to representative staffs.
Master in Business Administration
3-5 years working experience in Consumer product (Consumer Healthcare product will be an advantage)
Strong sense of urgency, achievement and ownership
Strong analytical skills, leadership and decision-making
Self-motivated, creative and well organized.
Good command of written and speaking English.
