Job Description

  • Generate sales leads in accordance with the companyís overall targets & objectives.
  • Experience with defining a product from concept stage through launch and maintenance.
  • Develop marketing programs and marketing events, technology & product updates.
  • Knowledgeable about the technology, product, market and competition
  • Ensure that the sales team  are knowledgeable on the product.
  • Qualify sales leads using criteria such as product requirements, budgets/ fund, time frame for purchase; categorize the leads as to decision makers, influencers or end users.
  • Perform telemarketing to initiate sales contract to qualified leads.
  • Submits Sales Proposal/ Quotation. Schedule and conduct Sales Presentation.
  • Develop and nurture strategic business relationship with Customer.
  • Implement excellent Customer Care Program designed to attract and retain customers. This includes efficient Submission of Proposals, Sales Presentation? Product Demo, Sales Contract Signing, Sale.
  • Order Processing, On-Time Delivery, New Products Update and After-Sales Service.
  • Conduct Customer Visit to gather Customer Feedback and to ensure visibility of all products to all customers.
  • Participate on Marketing Promotions Programs.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorís/College Degree in Marketing Business Studies/ Administrative/ Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to motivate and influence stakeholders and technology leaders.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-Mail.
  • Honesty, initiative good moral character is a must.
  • Requires initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving/ analytical thinking.
  • With excellent communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
