Profitability Management by setting annual sales and profit targets and coordinating with R&D, Operations and Purchasing on cost savings management to ensure that profit targets are met.
Budget Management by setting annual A&P budget and monitoring budget broken down monthly based on the total year A&P and actual monthly expenses.
New Product Development by preparing product/packaging briefs of a specific product, coordinating these with the New Product Development Group, preparing the launch plans and monitoring distribution, inventory and sales off take from time of launch.
Market Research/Studies by collecting business and economic data, conducting field study/surveys and analyzing/evaluating data gathered to develop marketing plan for the products handled.
Graduates of Marketing, Management or Communications from a reputable school.
Must possess at least 5 years experience in product management in a manufacturing/fast moving consumer goods set-up.
Must be adept in budget planning and basic costing.
Articulate, detail-oriented, analytical and with good business acumen.
