Analyze clients and prospects’ profiles, expectations and needs
Create and implement a real production plan:
Improve existing productionResearch and develop new products in Thailand.
Create an inspection plan, establish new market analysis, define quotations, promote new products and train staff
Ensure a real product quality follow-up
Collect and analyze feedbacks from our suppliers (guides, transfer suppliers, hotels, etc.) about our products
Review products with good potential and promote good products that are not sold enough
Monitor and analyze competitors’ production: Strengths and weaknesses; Business model; Exclusive products
Communicate and Coordinate with other departments.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently.
Deep knowledge of Vietnam Destination
Management and organization skills
Flexible, be willing and available to travel often (up to 15 consecutive days)
Excellent knowledge of Travel agencies and Tour Operators' operating system and expectations regarding their local DMC.
Product 'sensitivity': able to understand the needs of the market/clients and create products accordingly.
At least 3 years experience in similar position
