Job Description

  • Collect and analyze market information
  • Develop the annual strategic marketing plan according to market situation and it’s applicable for the field force team
  • Plan, design and ensure approval for all promotional materials, gimmicks, scientific studies, etc. and Train medical representatives on product knowledge, competitors’ profile, product strategies, detailing products with brochure or scientific studies, etc
  • Work closely with Field force and sale team to target key doctor and customers
  • Strongly cooperate and support team to grow
  • Closely monitor the sales team’s activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted, Organize medical meetings, e.g. Symposia, product presentations, booth exhibitions, Doctor Presentation Programs, Midwife Presentation Program, Pharmacy Presentation program, PR activities to promote the product and create product acceptance/awareness
  • Looking for new business to ensure division sustainable growth in future with effectively launch new products to the market
  • Key opinion leader management, build KOL pool and strengthen relationship to gain product endorsement and find out new initiative activities to increase product awareness in order to increase number of product sale in the market and fast growing than market growing
  • Looking for support and cooperate with regional and other colleague in business unit

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, in pharmacy / medical field, or marketing
  • 2-3 years’ experience as product manager in a multinational companies
  • Problem solving skills in terms of resolving the obstacles in implementing the marketing plans
  • Team leadership skills, esp. with the field force
  • Personal standing and confidence to build relationships with key customers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • English proficiency and computer literacy
  • Good planning and organizing to prioritize tasks with high efficiency
