To work closely with Division Head to initiate, plan and execute a holistic PR strategy and year plan for the company, with include but not limited to the following :
To initiate and organize PR program and press plan to groom and grow our brands, as well as Harvey Nichols as a brand, and specific program;
To come up with themed stories with single minded key message to pitch to press in HK and China – online and offline;
To take ownership and run social media programs with key influencers
To organize press events to engage online, offline press in HK and China
To be able to plan and organize Press Year Plan with specific KPI for measurements; and monitor and fine tune the strategy in order to launch effective press program;
In additional to PR, the candidate also need to oversee marketing, inclusive of marketing communication, marketing program and event ;
To analyze, monitor and review all relevant data / reports, in order to gauge insights and learning for better planning;
To build and maintain connections and relationship with press, influencers, agencies in HK and China.
Degree holders in Communication, Public Relations or Journalism;
With at least 5 years of solid experience in PR and Communications industries, ideally from Luxury sector or agencies ;
With excellent writing skills in English, and ideally in Chinese;
Excellent spoken English and Chinese;
With strong connections with local press and ideally in China;
With excellent interpersonal skills, self motivated, and high level of dedications, and with passion for fashion and creative mind set;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as ASSISTANT PR & COMMUNICATION MANAGER.
