Manage facilities projects including installation of major production and lab equipment. Requires ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications, review and analyze bids from engineering and cost perspective, engineering design, supervise installation.
Manage space and facility planning including implementation of plans and moves.
Scheduling of maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvements, cleaning, etc.
Solicits, bids, and negotiates with contractors for repairs, replacements, and maintenance services in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire protection, structural, cleaning and sanitation, to obtain the most advantageous price, terms, discount allowances, quality, delivery, and service.
Manage and direct maintenance personnel to ensure maximum asset availability and minimum downtime. Includes management of preventative maintenance program to ensure all equipment, utilities, and facilities are always in efficient operating condition.
Coordinate activities required to purchase, set up, and import new and used equipment and machinery necessary for manufacturing of the product.
Oversee negotiates or renegotiates, and administration of contracts with equipment and spare part suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
Computes estimates and actual costs of factors, such as materials, labor, and outside contractors, and prepares budgets.
Assigns workers to perform activities, such as service appliances, repair and maintain vehicles, and install machinery and equipment.
Implement and maintain company maintenance/asset tracking software system for tracking equipment and assets.

Good at English (Fluent)
Bachelorís Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. Masters or MBA is a plus
Minimum 5 year experience managing maintenance and facilities
Minimum 5 year experience managing in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of factory buildings, dormitory buildings, or other structures
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Wood working equipment including finishing systems
Operation, care, and set up of simple and complicated manufacturing equipment and systems
AutoCAD knowledge and experience with the ability to produce quality and detailed drawings
