Establishes production manufacturing priorities consistent with master scheduling requirements, inventory objectives, and material requirements.
Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
Take necessary action in ensuring the full utilisation of resources and facilities.
Meets with departmental heads to resolve delayed shipments, material shortages, overtime, priorities, and identified problems.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
Min 10 year experience in production planning with in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in food or beverage industry.
Must be sharp with a keen sense of innovation in resource management.
Possess excellent team leadership qualities.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications i.e Ms Word, Ms Power Point and Ms Excel.
