Job Description

  • Develops policy, procedure and frameworks for compensation and benefits
  • Develop and implement remuneration strategies
  • Be the Compensations and Benefits centre of excellence for the HRBP and Shared Service Centre
  • External Partners and data providers
  • Focal point for internal and external audits
  • Act as the Reward specialist for LAIO level 5 positions
  • System enhancements
  • Role model, advocate and visible leader for the LAIO organisational values and business ethics
  • Monitor and measure HR performance in order to promote HR/people management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years with at least 5 in international Compensation & Benefits
  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Professionally qualified (CIPD or equivalent)
  • Able to translate diverse pieces of information into meaningful conclusions and results
  • Analytical and competent with data
