Job Description

The AEE Payroll Ops Manager is over-all in charge in managing the PDC payroll operations, ensuring that all metrics are met based on service level agreements.
  • Manage the teamís day-to-day operations in accordance to SLAs/KPIs set. Reviews, checks and approves all regular payroll process cycle (end to end), payroll journal entries, payments and accruals, training allowances, final pays of resigned employees, GCP, retirement accounting, maternity pay, remittances and reconciliation of withholding taxes/statutory, ORIX, Global Equity Shares, etc.
  • Over-all in charge of payroll related statutory reporting
  • Overall in-charge of managing directorsí payroll processing.
  • In charge of 100% internal control compliance related to payroll operations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorís Degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • Must have at least 8 year(s) of experience in Payroll Operations
  • With work experience in Shared Services or service oriented organization
  • Knowledgeable in SAP
