Job Description


  • Ensure the smooth running of pastry section during the shift.

  • Help create new menu and recipe.

  • Integrate, train and supervise lower level staff in kitchen.

  • Respect the budgeted productivity ratios.

  • Carry out inventory, input data and explain consumption differences.

  • Keep up to date with changes in culinary techniques.

  • Make daily report on product that need to be ordered and forward it to Purchasing department.

  • Follow the instructions on safety guidelines for all equipment used

Job Requirements


  • Vocational certificate or Diploma in professional cuisines

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position of Pastry Chef

  • Management experience

  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines

  • Computer skill (MS Excel, Word)

  • Good Vietnamese and English communication

  • Experience in hotel pre-opening is a plus
