Address client needs and provide sensible marketing and promotion solutions.
Coordinate online and offline marketing promotions from concept development, logistics arrangement, internal briefing through to post-campaign evaluation. Work with multiple parties internally and externally for various marketing operation tasks.
Lead and drive a small team and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and timeliness. Provide mentorship and coaching for subordinates.
Manage multiple loyalty partners and ensure loyalty programme operations with the partners is well looked after. Maintain constant dialogue and relationship with programme partners
Actively take part in internal team management and work closely with peer level managers on ideas exchange and generation. Be part of internal leadership.
Conduct research and analysis, provide market/industry insight on an on-going basis
Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required by the company
Degree holder, preferably in Business or Marketing relating disciplines
Minimum 8 years working experience in the field of Marketing or Sales Promotion. Experience from Retail / F&B / FMCG a definite plus.
Experience in digital promotion, agency account management or direct marketing will be an added advantage
Ability to perform multi-task and meet tight deadline is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage
