Job Description

  • Managing and facilitating the core global Performance and Talent management process (Performance Evaluation, Progress & Development Plan, Talent Review, and Succession Planning) for the Indochina market to support the business’ vision and objectives
  • Enhancing the quality of Performance Evaluation and Progress and Development process in order to drive the people through the high performing culture organization
  • Driving the development and implementation of the market talent plan by working with HRBPs, functional and divisional resource groups to ensure that the key talent priorities, which are linked to the business strategy, are identified and addressed
  • Assessing and Monitoring the Leadership Development of all Business Units and factories in Thailand to ensure that the core principles of people management are implemented in accordance with the TPM concept
  • Providing user training for HRBPs and Line Managers to strengthen their role as “people managers” and to ensure that the corporate performance and talent management guidelines are consistently applied
  • Working closely with Management team, Line Managers and HRBPs on Market Talent Plan, Organizational Design and Change management
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of talent data within the Talent and Performance Management System (TPMS) in order to support all local and global talent review

Job Requirements

  • Thai citizens only
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management
  • Good command of both oral and written English
  • At least 5 to 7 year experiences in Human Resources Management field, with minimum 3 years at managerial level
  • Have proven experience in performance management system, career planning, succession planning and organizational development
  • Experience in management development program would be a plus
  • Full of knowledge and understanding of HR Management concepts and practices of both local and leading international companies
  • The incumbent should possess strong conceptual and analytical, strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills with all level of management
