Lead and supervise managers in preparing budget forecast; ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day operations and the best-in-class execution of the designed marketing plans and strategies
To facilitate sharing of information across the Division, including market trends and industry knowledge
Establishing the goals and objectives of the organization and ensuring their delivery according to the business plan
Implement, enforce and constantly review the working guidelines to ensure the upkeep of asset value of the property portfolio and proposing improvement plans to the Company
Create an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability by translating and implementing corporate and brand development.
Deliver the customer service proposition through commercial decisions/activities, local market awareness and the development of an effective team;
Managing the performance of the Division's staff through effective key performance indicators, targets, and goal settings, targets as appropriate.
To achieve annual financial budgets, cost control and maintenance expenses
Master or Bachelor degree holder in Business Management or Science discipline
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years in senior management role
Experience in medical / insurance / retail services industry will be a definite advantage
Ability to provide strong leadership to the management team to execute operational within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability, and compliance with company procedures.
Proven records of capability in providing operational and strategic human resources services, professional advice, solutions, redevelopment of company structure and re-engineering projects
Well organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Good communications and interpersonal skill with excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
With PRC working experience is definite an added advantage
