Job Description
The candidate is to assist the Chairman and CEO in managing our shops’ daily operation, supervising shop managers and chefs, etc. Tasks are included but not limited to coordinate with Marketing Department to execute the set targets and budgets for all shops to achieve the committed and defined objectives of the business plan in sales, costs, employee retention, food quality and cleanliness; participate in exploring new and potential opportunities for development, and present to top management for consideration; deal with customer’s enquires and complaints.
