Job Description

  • As a key leader of iCare Benefits in the foreign subsidiary, OM is responsible to control and manage all the tasks involving country-level operation. In particular, the iCare Benefits Country OM will:
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative for iCare Benefitsí operation of that subsidiary and actively advocate for the organization, its process, policy and its product to support iCare Benefitsí culture and growth.
  • Represent the iCare Benefits to work with strategic partners in finance, banking, merchandising, outsourcing areas to direct and support operation capacity of the company.
  • Develop and monitor overall business plan within the company including KPIs, budget and risk management
  • Organize, arrange and operate daily operation of iCare Benefits to archive planned KPIs.
  • On behalf of the company, OM approve and make decision for ad-hoc situations, policy-excluded cases and is responsible to propose those exceptions to regional and global management levels to standardize them gradually.
  • Lead and oversee the operations of Operation Support, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Technology
  • Oversight and supervision of financial information, and reviews , records, analysis, and reports for the Cambodia Operations,
  • Ensure that all accounting, reporting and financial systems are properly structured and are managed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining all Cambodian government financial and monitoring reports
  • Supervises the administrative areas including human resources, asset management, office management, and janitorial services
  • Improve operating procedures to increase profits and/or make the organization more efficient.
  • Direct the day to day operations of the organization.
  • Build and/or maintain retail store(s) physically and for permits, signs, safety and quality control.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, workflow, quality, and sales.
  • Support service and operations at retail store(s), including managing warehouse, procurement, staffing and online presence.
  • Ensure profitability of retail store(s) by controlling costs and expenditures, pursue marketing ideas, and deliver high quality products.
  • Provide staff direction in analyzing and resolving escalated operational problems.
  • Establish work flows, practices and standards to ensure that ongoing support is provided for operations.

Job Requirements

  • Obtaining finance and accounting background is required.
  • Graduate from university management, project management or in accounting
  • A minimum of four (2-3) years of experience working in an audit environment, financial analysis, project management or monitoring and evaluation of development programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Khmer.
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting, and bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant government regulations include tax requirements
  • Excellent financial management skills including ability to analyze and interpret financial data and to prepare financial reports.
  • Ability to think strategically and structurally in analyzing and evaluating project planning and activity.
  • Intermediate computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is necessary
