Job Description

Report to: COO

Job Responsibilities
  • Achievement of sales target, execution of operating system, people development to deliver world class operations
  • Leads to execute core processes and tools for One System in all stores
  • Ensures operation training process
  • Drives Operations ownership of sales
  • Contributes to achieve a profit target through consistently review operation performance.
  • Effectively communicates with field people on opportunities, benefits, goals or strategic plans.
  • Ensures ‘field-ready’ about launching new product.
  • Develop and select right people to be a Customer Mania
  • Consistently develop bench plan of Regional coaches/ Area coaches
  • Build a diverse team with the right talent for each role and high standard
  • Reviews management evaluations for consistency
  • Creates an environment where leaders can successfully achieve professional career path goals
  • Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces
  • Enforces standard policies and procedures
  • Partnership with Restaurant Excellence Team
  • Participate in Operation Executive Committee

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree. Master Degree (MBA) preferred
  • At least 8-10 years experiences in operations from companies/ brands that are growing : retail and restaurant businesses preferred
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in leading multiple stores, restaurants, sites in MNC with strong operating environment
  • Motivated and always hungry for opportunities
  • Past achievements = achieving high standards in operations, and building people capability
  • Broad business leadership skills and has potential to move up
  • Good execution skills balance with the ability to think strategically
  • Self-starter who demonstrates strong leadership in developing team
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership skills with demonstrated experience and communication skills in clear and concise manner
  • Work well under pressure and adaptable to changes
  • Good team player
