Job Description

Our client, one of the leading Fast-Food franchises group in Cambodia, is looking for a new Operations Director. The Operations Director will be responsible for several franchises operations in Cambodia and should have several years of experience in the Fast-Food industry. Responsibilities include planning, organising, and controlling all activities of the operations by directing, supervising and evaluating the performance of individuals and departments.
Main duties:
  • Increase brandís operations profitability and growth by improving efficiency in cost management;
  • Ensure and increase costumerís base and satisfaction by managing and improving quality, service and cleanliness;
  • Select, recruit, train and coach skilled staff and improve employee performance and satisfaction by motivating, rewarding key performing and potential employees;
  • Improving labour productivity by managing staff scheduling, workload allocation, and multi-skilling;
  • Manage and oversee also the work of other upper-level management executives and establish and maintain good relationship with department heads and senior management to obtain the best performance from staff and results of the company;
  • Make sure safety and health regulations are followed;
  • Develop and maintain an effective marketing and public relations strategy to promote the products, services and image of the company;
  • Improve operational capacity to meet customersí demands by planning, designing, and continuously improving food purchasing, storage, production and services systems, menu planning and development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or Master Degree in culinary, food service management, and/or related fields;
  • 7+ yearsí experience in operations management in Fast-Food industry;
  • Experience in opening and running a new store;
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Excellent leadership skills, people management skills and staff training;
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and restaurant-related applications/software;
  • Good command in English;
  • Knowledge of food preparation and food service management, methods, and techniques.
