Our client is a listed company in Hong Kong and they are looking for a high calibre to lead the new online community project regarding Art/ Lifestyle/ Entertainment/ Luxury.
Establish and implement marketing and communication plan in accordance with the overall online community strategy
Leverage communication channels in order to create a unified powerful voice for the online community
Formulate communication plan with appropriate resources between advertising, PR and events
Recommend clear online communication platforms and related tools
Advise on media space buying and sponsorship opportunities to maximize coverage
Work closely with local market heads to ensure the consistency with global communication strategy
Research and develop overall online community strategy, including user acquisition, retention and engagement, as well as content generation; and design platform features to active the goal.
Analyse feature usage and deduce action plan to enhance platform feature
Execute user acquisition strategy to achieve community growth and engagement
Bachelor degree with minimum 7 year relevant experience preferably in luxury retail / art field, preferably proven ability to lead and grow an community into a social hub
Experience in mobile and online marketing is necessary
Experience with social media and digital marketing strategies, user experience design, and content development a plus
Knowledge and Interest in Contemporary Art/ Art and obsession in collecting is preferred.
Extensive network of different types of media in APAC regions, notably in HK
Creative, good in details and problem solving
Pro-active, able to generate ideas and work independently
Strong writing in English and Chinese with excellent overall communication skills
